Terms and Conditions for Youth Van Competition
1. Eligibility:
The competition is open to Northamptonshire residents aged 18 and older.
Participants must enter on behalf of a child or group of children aged 7-17 years old.
2. Entry Requirements:
To enter, participants must complete the entry form available on our website/social media platforms.
Only one entry per household is permitted.
3. Competition Period:
The competition begins ends on Monday 9th June 2025 2025 23:59. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered. The winner will be contacted on Wednesday 11th June 2025.
4. Prize Details:
The prize consists of a 2-hour visit from the Youth Van to the winner’s home.
The visit is intended for a group of up to 8 children aged 7-17 years old and includes one or two of the following activities music recording, DJing, gaming or podcasting activities, this will be confirmed at the time of booking.
5. Scheduling:
The winner will be contacted via email or phone to arrange a suitable date and time for the visit.
The visit must occur within 3 months of the winner being notified.
Once booked the date cannot be changed.
6. Location Restrictions:
The visit is limited to an address within Northamptonshire. Winners outside this area may be disqualified or asked to cover travel and staffing costs.
The winner needs to provide a suitable place for the van to be parked with access to electricity.
7. Safety and Supervision:
An adult must be present during the entire duration of the visit.
The prize includes entertainment for children, but the supervising adult is responsible for the safety and behaviour of all participants. At any point before or on arrival if Free 2 Talk feel that health and safety of the children, themselves or the van is at risk of being damaged the session will be cancelled.
By entering the competition, participants agree to allow their names and images to be used for promotional purposes, without additional compensation. Media consent will be sent prior to visit and needs to be returned one week before the visit.9. Liability:
Free 2 Talk CIC are not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur during the visit.
Participants assume all risks associated with the prize.10. Disqualification:
Any fraudulent or misleading entries will result in disqualification.
Free 2 Talk reserve the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these terms.
11. Governing Law:
The competition is governed by the laws of England
